THE GOLDEN FLAG POLE

Having ' vrishbha vahana at its apex ,the golden flagpole of the Ettumanoorappan Temple inspires devotion and faith in the visitors. Sree moolam thirunal Maharaja Instituted the first Golden flag pole that has been erected in Kerala in 1979 ,91 years after the old flag pole fell into decay .On February 9th the new flagpole wad dedicated under the auspices of the Devaswom Board.
